Vinoly's Pacific Promontory. While some places are defined by where they are, this one is defined by what it is and how it makes you feel. Purchased by renowned architect Rafael Vinoly, whose dream was to build an environment on the land which could deeply influence thinking. The property is comprised of 199+/- acres of wild Timberland with panoramic ocean views, adorned with towering Redwoods, Giant Grand Fir and Stately Oaks. With over 5 million board feet of Redwood and Douglas Fir this property offers incredible timberland value coupled with wilderness privacy creating the ultimate remote getaway. The views of Manchester State Park and the Point Arena Light house are some of the best you will ever see on the Mendocino Coast. This is truly a legacy property like no other.
